instructions
1. The film roll used in this device is PE heat shrink film.
2. The diameter difference of the paper tubes applicable to this packaging machine cannot exceed
3mm, and it is applicable within the 3mm difference range.
3. This equipment is a fully automatic packaging machine, automatic bag making machin, automatic bagging machine,
automatic sealing machine, automatic heat shrinking machine, and automatic palletizing machine.
4. The metal components of equipment and instruments, except for assembly surfaces and electroplated
surfaces, should be treated with rust removal and surface painting.
5. Equipped with complete machine covers to make the equipment safer and more aesthetically pleasing.
6. In addition to the main equipment, the scope of supply includes the installation of on-site equipment
protective barriers to achieve safety interlocking functions.
Workflow
(1) The purpose of this project is to fulfill the demand for automatic packaging and palletizing of FDY paper tubes from the demand side.
(2) FDY paper tubes are received from Party A's paper tube production equipment and undergo inspection (manual or visual inspection)
on the inspection line for docking and packaging
After the automatic packaging and palletizing of the line are completed, the material is discharged into pallets. The process diagram
is shown in the following figure:
(3) Rhythm requirement: 60-70 paper tubes per minute.
(4) Stacking forms: single package staggered embossed stacking, matrix stacking, etc
